Ready to give buyers an easier way to find what you’re selling? Your SnapSale storefront turns your public inventory into one page they can browse, search, and share—at the show or anywhere else.
You stay in control of which items appear, whether prices are shown, and when the storefront is online. Your regular Inventory and checkout tools keep working with or without a storefront.
Get Your Storefront Online
Start in Settings > Storefront. SnapSale may suggest an address from your Business Profile name, but you can change it before continuing.
- Choose your storefront address and wait for Address available
- Tap Continue to reserve it
- Review your storefront details, inventory counts, and price setting
- Switch Storefront visibility on, tap Save changes, then confirm Turn on storefront
Storefront setup and publication need an internet connection. If you’re offline, come back when you’re connected—your inventory and checkout are still ready to use.

Make It Yours
Your business name, logo, and website come from Settings > Business profile. Back in Storefront, add a short description and your Current event or general location so buyers know who you are and where to find you.
A business name is required before you go online. Keep Current event broad and public-friendly—your private contact information and street address are not shown on the storefront.

Choose What Buyers Can Browse
Public Items
Public, in-stock items appear in storefront browsing and search. Sold-out items disappear for now and return automatically when you restock them.
Private Items
Private items stay in your Inventory and out of storefront browsing. They’re still available for your normal selling workflow.
To change one item, open it in Inventory and use the Public on storefront or Private on storefront switch. For a batch, select the items, choose Visibility from the actions menu, and make the selected items public or private.
You can filter Inventory by Public or Private to double-check your setup. Filters only help you find items—they never change visibility on their own.
Show Prices—or Have Buyers Ask
In Storefront settings, use Price display to choose what buyers see. Prices visible shows your current asking prices. Prices hidden replaces the amount with Ask for price.
This only changes the storefront display. Your Inventory and checkout prices stay exactly as you entered them.
Share Your Storefront
Once your storefront is online, open Settings > Storefront and head to Promote storefront. Use Open to preview it, Share to send the link, or Download storefront QR to save a sign buyers can scan.
Want QR labels for individual items too? Check out Printing SnapSale QR Inventory Labels.
If You Change Your Address
Tap Edit beside your Storefront address, choose a new available address, and save it. Your old storefront URL stops working right away, so remember to share the new link and download a new storefront QR sign.
Good news: your individual item QR codes are unaffected, so there’s no need to reprint your item labels.
How the Buyer Cart Works
Buyers don’t need a SnapSale account. They can browse your public inventory, search by item name, filter by category, and add items to a temporary Deal cart.
- The buyer adds the items and quantities they want
- They tap Generate QR Code for your vendor section and show you the claim QR
- You scan it with your signed-in SnapSale app while connected
- The available items move into your Sale cart for review and normal checkout
If the buyer shops with more than one seller, each vendor gets a separate claim QR. Claims expire after 15 minutes and only the intended vendor can redeem them.
When Your Storefront Is Offline
Buyers who visit your current address see “This storefront is offline” and can check back later. Your business details and inventory stay hidden. If you changed your address, the old URL shows a not-found page instead of forwarding to the new one.
Quick Troubleshooting
- Setup won’t load: Make sure you’re signed in and connected, then tap Try again.
- Address unavailable: Try another 3–50 character address using lowercase letters, numbers, and single hyphens or underscores between words.
- Storefront won’t go online: Check your connection, add a Business Profile name, turn Storefront visibility on, save, and confirm.
- Item is missing: Confirm it is public, in stock, and synced. Also clear any storefront search or category filter.
- Image is missing: The item may show a placeholder while its image prepares. Stay connected, refresh, and confirm the image appears on the inventory item.
- Claim won’t import: Check that the intended vendor is signed in and connected. Refresh the cart and create a new QR if it expired or availability changed.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need Premium to manage a storefront?
No. Storefront management itself does not require Premium. Some optional reminders that help people discover the setup screen are shown only to Premium members.
Does reserving an address put my inventory online?
No. Reserving your address creates an offline storefront. You still need to turn it online, save, and confirm.
Can I keep selling without a connection?
Yes. Storefront setup, publication, and claim redemption need a connection, but your local inventory and checkout workflows do not depend on them.
